CHOCOLATE TOPPED OATMEAL BARS 
1 pkg. dry German chocolate frosting mix
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter

Blend first 4 ingredients at low speed with mixer or by hand until crumbly. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until just hardly light brown. Let cool a little. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together and spread on top of bars. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator.
