PLANKED SALMON LOAF 
2 c. fresh broiled salmon
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. light cream
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. scraped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Buttered crumbs

Pick over and flake the salmon. Add all ingredients except buttered crumbs and blend thoroughly. Oil pan. Shape into loaf. Put buttered crumbs over loaf and brown either in oven or under broiler 5 minutes. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
