SALMON CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
5/8 c. milk
6 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. salmon
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Cook macaroni; drain. Melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and milk. Cook until thick. Mix macaroni, white sauce, cheeses, salmon and egg. Put in 9 x 13 inch. Toss bread crumbs and melted butter; top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
