SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. tomato ketchup
2 eggs
3 or 4 tbsp. milk

Put salmon in bowl. Add enough water to liquid from can of salmon to make 1/2 cup. Combine 1/2 cup mushroom soup with bread crumbs, mix with salmon. Add ketchup and eggs slightly beaten. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Add milk to rest of soup, heat to serve over loaf.

Easy, tasty. My mother made this as a child in the 50's and have made it many times since.
