ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all of above ingredients together, bake in 2 greased and floured 9"x15" pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
3 c. 4X sugar

Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add 4X sugar. Frost when cake is cool.
