1 pt. vanilla ice cream
3/4 c. orange juice concentrate
1/3 c. coconut cream
2 c. milk
Mandarin orange slices

Place ice cream, orange juice concentrate, coconut cream, and milk in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately in tall chilled glasses. Garnish with orange slices. Makes 4 cups.
