ORANGE COCONUT CAKE 
1 box orange cake mix
1 sm. box orange Jello
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix well and beat for 2 minutes. Bake in three layers at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
12 oz. frozen coconut
2 c. sugar
Juice of two oranges

Mix together and reserve 1 cup for frosting. Spread on layers.

FROSTING:

Mix 8-ounce carton thawed Cool Whip and reserved filling. Frost top and sides of cake. Refrigerate for 24 hours covered.
