MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tall can evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
12 oz. German sweet chocolate bars
1 pt. marshmallow cream
2 c. chopped nutmeats

Combine chocolate bits, German chocolate broken into small pieces, marshmallow cream and nuts in a large bowl.

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk in a 3 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes. Pour boiling syrup over ingredients in bowl. Beat until chocolate is all melted. Pour into prepared pan. Let stand a few hours until firm before cutting. Store in airtight container. Makes about 4 pounds.
