4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the sugar and milk; bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Take off heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan.
