MANDARIN ORANGES & MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped or dry onions
1 c. mandarin orange juice (add water to make 1 c.)
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 can mandarin oranges (or pineapple)
3 lg. green peppers, chopped

Form first 5 ingredients into 18 balls. Brown in a small amount of oil, drain. Place juice with water in pan and cook a few minutes. Add next 5 ingredients. Cook until it thickens. Add meatballs and fruit and green peppers. Heat, serve over rice.
