6 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
10 oz. marshmallows
5 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. peanuts

Melt chips, butter, peanut butter and marshmallows, about 3 minutes in microwave. Stir; add cereal and peanuts. Mix and put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool.
