ZUCCHINI-CORN BAKE 
1 lb. zucchini, sliced
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. can cream style corn
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. grated cheese

Cook zucchini until tender. Drain well. Meanwhile, cook onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Put all ingredients into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until set. Make 6 servings.
