APRICOT NECTAR LOAF 
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in it
3/4 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs

Mix together and beat for 4 minutes or until smooth. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

ICING: (if desired)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. apricot nectar
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Blend together and glaze over cooled cake.
