BAKED SHRIMP | |
1 lb. shrimp 1 c. olive oil 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice 1/2 c. white wine or 1/4 white vinegar 8 cloves crushed garlic 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil 1 bay leaf, crushed 1 tsp. minced parsley 1/4 tsp. white pepper Peel and devein shrimp. Mix remaining ingredients. Place shrimp in a shallow dish. Pour oil mixture over shrimp, cover and marinate 4 hours. Place shrimp on baking pan. Broil 3 minutes on each side OR bake in 400 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes. |
