AVOCADO BISQUE 
1 c. chicken broth
3 lg. avocados, peeled and chopped
1 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
Pinch white pepper
1/4 c. light rum
1 tsp. lemon juice
Lemon slices
Whipped cream

Blend avocado and chicken broth in food processor until smooth. Add cream, seasonings, and rum. Blend. Cover mixture and chill overnight. Just before serving, add lemon juice. Blend. Serve in individual bowls with lemon slice garnish and a dollop of whipped cream.
