CRIMSON BISQUE 
3 c. tomato juice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. dry sherry
Green onion brushes
Lemon peel strips

In 3 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients, except sherry. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in sherry. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with brushes and strips.
