TUNA VEGETABLE BISQUE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of potato soup
2 soup cans milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In 2 1/2 quart soup kettle cook onion in butter until tender. Rest of ingredients, heat, stir occasionally.
