BISQUE 
Lemon: 1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice

Add to Jello the hot water, sugar and lemon juice. Allow to partially jell in refrigerator. Add 1 can chilled evaporated milk, whipped. For sweeter fruits, no sugar needed and cream may be used in place of milk. Jello should match fruit (orange Jello, orange juice, etc.).
