POOR MAN'S BISQUE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/3 c. sugar
2 sm. cans evaporated milk
1/2 c. boiling water
Rind and juice of 2 sm. lemons

Add hot water to sugar and Jello. Chill until set. Beat chilled milk to thick. Fold into Jello mixture. Pour into a crumb fill pie shell and sprinkle crumbs on top.
