LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 to 8 lasagne noodles, uncooked
2 c. or 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Crumble ground beef in microwave safe colander. Place over bowl to collect drippings. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water and Italian seasoning to cooked beef. Set aside.

In separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley, pepper and Parmesan cheese. In 9x13 baking dish, pour 1/3 of sauce (about 1 cup). Place 3 to 4 noodles over sauce. Spread 1/2 of cottage cheese mix and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Spread 1/2 of remaining sauce over cheese and repeat the layers.

Cover all with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 15 minutes. Rotate the baking dish and microwave at 50 percent power for 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
