LAZY - DAY LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
14 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Uncooked lasagna noodles

In large skillet combine hamburger, sauce, paste, seasonings and water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. In bowl combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and flakes. Pour 1 1/2 cup hamburger mixture into bottom of 12 x 8 glass baking pan. Cover with a layer of noodles, then 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Spoon remaining hamburger mixture on cheese, then a layer of noodles, then cover with remaining cottage cheese mixture and mozzarella cheese.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes and then for 15 to 20 minutes on 50% power. Remove wrap and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Microwave on HIGH until cheese melts - 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
