LAZY DAY OVERNIGHT LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
32 oz. jar prepared sauce
1 c. water
15 oz. carton Ricotta
Oregano
1 egg
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
16 oz. pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add sauce (1/2 of jar) and water. Blend and simmer 5 minutes. Combine Ricotta cheese, oregano, and egg; mix well. Coat a 13x9 inch pan with non-stick spray. Spread in 1 1/2 cups meat sauce, top with 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the Mozzarella. Repeat and top with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella shavings. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, until tender (60 minutes). Let stand 15 minutes.
