LAZY WAY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 uncooked lasagna noodles

Cook ground beef in microwave or skillet. Drain grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce and combine with Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese and egg. Mix well.

Spread enough sauce to cover bottom of 2-quart glass utility dish. Place 1 layer of uncooked noodles over the sauce. They may overlap slightly. Top with 1/2 cheese mixture, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Spread more sauce over cheese (save enough sauce to cover top).

Place another layer of noodles on sauce; top once again with cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Spread remaining sauce on top, carefully covering cheese. Cover tightly with plastic wrap (do not vent). Microwave on HIGH 15 minutes, rotating once. Microwave on 50% for 15-20 minutes longer or until noodles are tender. (Plastic wrap may puff up - do not vent; steam cooks the noodles.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
