FRENCH CASSEROLE OF PEAS 
1 can peas
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. cornflakes
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. evaporated milk
1 sm. can mushrooms

Melt butter and blend with flour. Add seasonings and juice drained from peas. Add milk and cook until smooth and thick. Add peas and mushrooms. Pour into casserole dish. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
