BROCCOLI-FRENCH GREEN BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
3 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained or 2 cans French green beans
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted

Cook and drain broccoli or green beans. Melt Velveeta cheese and 1/2 stick butter. Mix crackers and 1/2 stick melted butter. Combine Velveeta cheese mixture with Ritz cracker mixture. Mix all ingredients together. Save just enough butter crumbs to put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
