SOUTHERN MIXED GREENS 
2 bunches mustard greens
2 bunches turnip greens
1 lb. salt pork
2 tsp. meat drippings
Water

Take stems and dead leaves off greens; wash thoroughly several times until water runs clear; set aside. Cook salt pork in 2 quarts water; cook for 45 minutes. Add greens and meat drippings; add more water as necessary. Season with more salt to taste. Add more water as needed. Cook until tender.
