SOUTHERN COLLARD GREENS 
1 lb. fatback meat
1 lb. smoked meat
1/4 c. butter, (grease)
1/2 tbsp. crushed pepper, (optional)
5 lbs. collard greens

Boil fatback meat and smoked meat together. Wash and cut greens. Add greens to meat. Cook for 1 hour.
