FRESH FRUIT TRIFLE 
1 pkg. angel food cake mix
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 (9 oz.) pkg. vanilla sugar free instant pudding mix
6 c. assorted sliced fruit (fresh)

Strawberries, peaches, nectarines, pineapple, grapes, oranges, bananas. Any combination of your choice.

Bake cake and cool completely. Remove from pan and tear into bite size pieces. In medium bowl combine milk, yogurt and orange peel; blend well. Add pudding mix and beat until well blended. Let stand five minutes.

In large bowl layer half of the cake pieces, 1/3 of the fruit and half of the pudding mix. Repeat layers. Arrange the remaining fruit on top, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. 10 servings. 1 gram fat, 1 mg cholesterol.
