FRESH FRUIT TRIFLE 
3-4 c. fresh fruit, cut up
8-9 c. angel food cake, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 carton lemon yogurt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cranberry sauce, strained
3 tbsp. water

FRUITS THAT CAN BE ADDED:

Oranges
Bananas
Grapes
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Kiwi
Peaches
Apricots, etc.

Mix pudding, yogurt and milk together; set aside. Mix cranberry sauce and water; set aside.

In large bowl, layer half of the cake, half of the fruit, half of pudding mixture, half of the cranberry sauce mixture, then repeat this layering process again.

May top with whipped cream when served. Must set in refrigerator for 6-24 hours.
