FRUITY CRUSTED POPCORN 
2 qt. popped corn
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. fruit flavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 2 minutes. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, soda and vanilla. Blend well. Spread popcorn into a large cookie sheet and pour syrup mixture over the top. Stir to coat. (Mixture is hot). Bake in 250 degree oven for 15 minutes. Stir and bake 15 minutes more. Remove from the pan immediately. Cool on foil. Break into small pieces. Store in tight container. Makes 8 cups.
