HATE TO MAKE PIE CRUST APPLE PIE 
BOTTOM CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. quick oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 tsp. salt

FILLING:

Tart apples to fill pie
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. oatmeal, quick and uncooked
3 tbsp. soft butter

In small bowl, combine flour, oil, milk and oatmeal. Stirring until well blended. Press onto bottom and sides on 9 inch pie pan. Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, vanilla and water with fruit. Arrange in crust. Mix topping to form crumbs. Sprinkle on fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
