MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs

Beat all together well. Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 box Cool Whip (16 oz.)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix pudding with pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and frost. Refrigerate.
