MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Mix first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add oranges (juice and all). Mix oranges in by hand to prevent mashing. Pour into 3 greased and floured layer cake pans. Bake until done (350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes). Cool. Fill between layers and on outside of cake with frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix all together. Ice cake and refrigerate.
