SHARPE'S BOURBON STEAK MARINADE 
1 tbsp. steak seasoning
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. Chef Prudhomme's Meat Magic
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Southern Comfort (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Pierce steak repeatedly with a fork, and place in a gallon size Ziploc style food storage bag. Pour marinade over the steak, knead, remove air, and seal.

Store in refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours.

Remove from the storage bag, and grill over low heat. Enjoy!
