CARAMEL LAYER CHOCOLATE SQUARES 
14 oz. pkg. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. Pillsbury German cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt caramels and milk together. Stir until blended. Put a little more than half of batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Take out and sprinkle 3/4 cup chocolate chips, then pour caramel sauce over. Then put dabs of remaining chocolate on top. Return and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
