1 stick butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. coconut, shredded
2 1/2 c. apples, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Mix butter, cake mix, and coconut; pat into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool slightly. Arrange apples on top. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Beat together egg and sour cream until well blended. Drizzle over apples and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Serve warm with ice cream.
