TEX MEX DIP 
3 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 cans bean dip
3 1/2 oz. jar chopped olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

To assemble, spread bean dip on shallow serving platter. Mix mashed avocados and lemon juice. Spread over bean dip. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and taco seasoning. Spread over avocados. Sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes, olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
