CREAM CORN PUDDING 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cream corn

Mix all ingredients together in a greased baking dish. Top with sliced butter. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
