CREAMED CORN PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (#2) can cream corn
1 can evaporated milk

Beat sugar, corn and cornstarch; add eggs, butter and milk. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish or larger. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until lightly brown.
