CREAMED CORN PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lg. can cream corn or 2 reg. size cans
1 can evaporated milk

Beat sugar, corn and cornstarch by hand. Beat in eggs; add butter, milk and vanilla. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish or larger, and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Serves 8-10.
