STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 c. flour
Dash of salt
2/3 c. Crisco oil in measuring cup and then add 1/2 c. milk on top of oil

Mix with flour. Knead and roll out in between 2 sheets of wax paper. Put in deep dish pie pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until crust is brown.

STRAWBERRY GLAZE:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar

Mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup sugar. Add 3 tablespoons corn starch to 1/2 cup of water to make smooth paste. Add to sugar and water mixture. Bring to a boil. Add Jello. Cook to clear. Cool. Pour over 1 quart of strawberries (cut in halves). Cool in refrigerator until set.
