ROASTED POTATOES 
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. sm. red potatoes, quartered
3 garlic cloves, slivered
2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat jelly roll pan with oil. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once halfway through.
