ROASTED SAUSAGE WITH POTATOES 
Italian sweet sausage
Oil
Potatoes
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper

Arrange sausage in a baking dish. Slice potatoes lengthwise and then diagonally and place around sausage. Sprinkle potatoes with oil, rosemary, black pepper and a little salt. Be careful not to salt sausage. Prick sausage with a fork so that fat will escape while cooking.

Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes until sausage and potatoes are cooked and browned. Be sure to turn potatoes while cooking so they are browned evenly.
