SAUSAGE PORK ROAST 
1 (10-12 lb.) pork roast
1 pkg. mild sausage seasoning
1/2 c. vinegar
Oil
Browning bag

Coat roast with oil and place in browning bag. Add vinegar. Sprinkle sausage seasoning over roast, covering completely. Cook at 325 degrees for 25 minutes per pound until done.
