TURKEY SAUSAGE PAN ROAST 
4 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 lg. carrots, scraped & thinly sliced
1 lb. potatoes, thinly sliced
3 c. (sm. bunch) fresh broccoli, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 med. onion, halved & sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. link turkey sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
3/4 c. water

In large skillet, over low heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Add vegetables and seasonings to pan drippings. Cook over medium heat, 5 minutes, tossing frequently. Add turkey slices and water. Cover and cook on medium-low heat, 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, tossing occasionally. Crumble bacon, sprinkle on top. Serves 4 to 6.
