SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
4 slices bread
3/4 c. milk
1 onion finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
4 cans Campbells beef broth

Crumble bread and add milk. Blend until paste like. Combine meat and seasonings, eggs. Beat and mix well. Make in 1 inch balls. Place on pan to dry out fat. Brown under broiler then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Use 2 cans broth to bake and 2 cans to serve made into gravy.
