SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. meat loaf mix (beef, pork, veal)
1 1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cans cream soup (1/2 dilution), cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery

In large bowl mix wheat germ, salt and spices. Add milk and let sit until milk is absorbed (5 minutes). Mix in beaten eggs and onion. Add meat and mix thoroughly. Shape into small meatballs and brown in frying pan or on cookie sheet at 400 degrees about 15 minutes. (if done in oven you don't need to turn).

Place meatballs in crockpot or large casserole dish. Pour diluted cream soup over and cook 4 to 6 hours on low in crockpot or about 1-1 1/2 hours in oven at 350 degrees.
