SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 heaping c. quick oatmeal
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. milk
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Gently mix beef, oatmeal, onion, garlic, salt and milk. Form into 2" meatballs and place in baking pan. Cover with mushroom soup mixed with sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
