SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 can mushroom soup
1 egg
1 sm. can condensed milk (2/3 c.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together, except soup. Form into balls and brown in skillet. Transfer to a casserole dish and pour mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
