SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1/2 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1/ tsp. mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix ingredients. Shape mixture into small balls. Brown in 2 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil. Remove from pan. Simmer browned meatballs in sauce 1/2 hour.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. horseradish
